BlurTab provides a local-first privacy extension for screening web content, and its use is subject strictly to the conditions laid out below.

As a user of BlurTab, you agree to the following conditions:
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BlurTab for your personal or internal business purposes.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on BlurTab without explicit written consent.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your BlurTab account and for any activities under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
BlurTab offers paid subscription tiers for advanced features. All payments are securely processed through our designated merchant of record. By subscribing, you agree to our recurring billing terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless legally required.
4. Device Limits and Enforcement
Depending on your subscription tier, your account may be restricted to a specific number of concurrent active devices. We securely monitor your active devices using anonymous device identifiers to enforce these limits. Circumventing these restrictions may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
BlurTab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our goal is to provide maximum privacy protection during screen sharing and recording, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection in every edge case. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including any accidental exposure of information.

Significant changes will be communicated to you via the email address associated with your account or through notifications within the extension. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
